AUGUST 4TH. That’s the big day, the release date for Ashes
of Man! Mark it down on your calendars. Clear out a chunk of
your evening. Make sure you’re near a computer. You want to watch
this. By that date, Ashes of Man will
have been eight months in the making. At last, you’ll be able to see what
all World War III, post apocalyptic to-do has been about.
Stranger Things Studios will be releasing Ashes
of Man in
weekly episodes rather than in one whole chunk due to its length.
Currently, the film is anticipated to be divided into three
episodes. I will have a better idea of where things stand as
post-production presses forward.
I know a lot of people love Behind-the-Scenes footage and commentary,
myself included. Unfortunately, I have decided to forego any involved
behind-the-scenes features. There are multiple reasons for this.
The first is time. It will be challenging enough to have Ashes
of Man ready
by its release date. I do not want to promise anything additional on top
of that. Secondly, it’s time to move on. Stranger Things Studios is
about due to start a new project. As great of a ride as this has been, I
don’t want STS becoming a one note show that just rehashes the same material
over and over again.
Don’t get me wrong, I will throw some form of Gag-reel together and clean
it up some, but don’t except any high-caliber production value out of it.

Between now and then, you can check out the trailer on our YouTube channel,
Stranger Things Studios is making a lot of big and exciting changes across
the board, from our YouTube channel, Facebook, and even here at the JonnyD
Weekly. Keep an eye out for the new improvements and layout. I’m trying
to clean up the place before the big party!
